here are a lot people who struggle because of stress in many parts of the world. There are several factors which lead to stress, and there should be solutions to prevent and manage this issue.

Two of the main causes of this problem are the high number of unemployment and lonliness throughout the many nations. Unfortunately, because of high demands in workplaces, the number of people easily fail to meet requirements and loose their motivation to take this challenge. This is because many people do not know how to manage difficult situations and stay resilient in order to overcome their life issues; this results in stress and depression. Moreover, nowadays, adults prefer to live alone by prirotizing their jobs. They think that marriage might be an obstacle for them to achieve more in their careers. By this way, when they have life difficulties they can not find anyone who supports them around, and this also leads them to stress. For example, I watched the news about some Korean adults who lived alone among rubbishes in their homes because of stress.

Governments may solve and prevent above mentioned causes by providing a psychological support for jobless citizens and encourage people to get marry by supporting financially. There should be psychologists who work with unemployed people via phone or at office for free. In this way, they will provide information and even some therapy for citizens who suffer because of stress related with job. Many people might not marry considering financial responsibility of new family members. If states solve issues related with money, there can be increase in the number of marriages all around the world who may then later will not feel alone and do suicides because of stress. For instance, there a lot cases where someone overcome stress easily due to family members’ care and love.

To conclude, major causes of stress are joblessness and aloneness in many countries. Governments’ both psychological and financial support may prevent and solve this problem worldwide.
