In numerous nations, the lifestyles of city dwellers are getting worse. This is mainly due to overpopulation in urban areas. This can be solved through the government allocating more funds on villages.
Excessive number of inhabitants in cities is the main cause of this situation. Rural residents are migrating to urban areas in search of better employment and facilities. Having moved to better places, people are more likely to buy private cars and shelters for themselves, in order to lead a happy life, which lead to serious problems such as traffic congestion and overall pollution. Take my country, Uzbekistan, as an example. The majority of people in countrysides are moving to urban areas, resulting in greater number of population that causes the quality of city life to reduce. Eventually, migration and overpopulation are the main reasons for this phenomena.
An effective way to deal with this issue is to subsidize more money for rural areas. If the authorities focus on more residents in countrysides and provide them with enough amenities, they are more likely to remain in their shelters rather than moving on cities in exchange of squandering a lot of money. This is because plenty of rural dwellers complain about their poor lifestyles and desire to lead a happy life like citizens in other parts of the country. Thus, ensuring village inhabitants with good facilities will prevent them from moving to large cities.
In conclusion, while the affection of quality of city life is mainly thanks to the excessive population, allocating more funds on amenities of countrysides would be an effective way to tackle this matter.
