I am writing about this trend in many counties where local commmunity gardens are being replaced by commercial urban farms owned by large agribusinesses. I am outlining advantages of this trend and whether they outweigh the disadventages. People hold diffirent opinions about it, however, l personally believe that local commmunity gardens are benificial for us and for the commmunity because they serve kitchen gardens provide a wide varienty of fresh vegetables and produce.
One major advantage of this trend is that local commmunity gardens enhance food suply and food security by offer a range of fresh vegetables. Another potential benefit is that they cobtrobute to a healthy lifestayle as eat fresh vegetables and fruits can provent illness. They also incrase green areas, which good for the environment. Economically, they create employment opportunities and food production, but efficient land use essential. This approach helps preserve nature wild animals and plants.
On the other hand some people that commercial urban farms may reduce public access and lower production costs. The most significant disadventage is that they can demage commmunity ties while this view is understandable it overlooks, the fact that they can have negative environmental impacts. Some also worry about loss of corporate control, but this development has drawbacks including loss of wildlife, and harm to nature. In the long term , this may lead to destruction, disappearance of wild animals, deforestation, and even endangering our planet. The loss of green spaces is another issue local owerships may disagree because commercial urban farms are profit-driven , and in the long run, all smart createres may disappear due to car fumes, and urban farms smoke demaging life.
In may opinion, we need to strike a balance. However, this could negatively affect local residents who may condemn it. The trend is increasingly popular because wealthy individuals support it.
In conclusion both sides have merits. Local commmunity gardens are very useful, but commercial urban farms may be even more benificial to society.
