Getting an ideal job preferences in some countries nowadays is considered as a disadvantages due to many of jobseekers needs to relocate themselves far away from their families and friends. It seems the drawbacks outweigh the benefits due to more sacrifice and fee they should spent for commuting themselves to work.
On one hand, the phenomenon many countries facing today is seemed to be a beneficial. If the employers in capital city provide big opportunity, people coming from the countryside will be relocate themselves and get better opportunities in enhancing their life-empowerment. For instance, millions unemployed persons in rural area immigrate themselves to endeavor better income in working. Working in a big company not only they will get higher salary, but also having knowledge to improve their lifestyle.
In other hands, some rural people needs to do more effort when they are pursuing adequate work. These people have to struggling with the traffic, hours, and budget to reaching the city had better opportunity. In terms of fare, rurals not only spent more time in a highway to go to office, but also higher budget for commuting by privat transportasion. Moreover, some people living with poverty had to strict their limit to get better chance in working area– usually far from their home– to enhance their income. Therefore, this development outweight the demertits.
In conclusion, the advantages could be more beneficial as long as the government could tackle the demerit of being a worker coming from rural or proverty life.
