Now a days it is often consider in many states that to find employment opportunities many individuals have to leave their friends as well as their families. in this i will discuss both th advantages as well as disadvantages also my opinion of advantages of movement before conculsion.
In many countries it is common that to find better job opportunities people move from one country to other country or from one city to other city. Shifting to other city or country opens the door of growth , development, self esteem , resiliance and cofidence.It also increase the progress for many peoples. because in countries where a lot of facilities are available there would be alot of competition there so this kind of environment provide the opportunity to most of peoples to not only show case their skills but also to learn from different environment as well as avriety of peoples. For instance pakistan recent data shows that the arouund 260000 people move to the other countries for better career. because of the reason in many countries economic condition is not satisfactiory morever un employment is on peak so due to the abundance of responsibilities pushes many peoples to move and find the work according to their skill and talent.
on the other hand movement to the other country also has some drawbacks people start doing every task without any fear because they know that they have no fear of observation as well as checking . in addition most of the individuals are family sick they have to face alot of hurdles when they move to the other country or states they loose their confidence , they hesitate people make fun of their because some time they have to face language barrier so due to these reasons they feel depressed and also face many health issues ,. For example, one of friend sister got the job in dubai but de to the language barrier she face alot of difficulities some time she become overwhelemed and start crying.
in my opinion it is fact that the for better opportunites poeople have to move because its the era of competition and the adavantages of this development outweight the disadvantages . Many individual get the opportunity of learning, grooming some time it is very hard to get the same advantages of development from the same city or same state so to meet the todays need peoples have to take the risk of movement they have to leave their friend and families.
In conculsion People move to their states for employment purpose it boost their spirit because they can get the reward according to thei ability and poential , the advantages of this development outweights the disadvantages’. so for the satisfaction
