Nowadays, leaving family members and friends has become a major trend among societies for job purposes. Similarly, in various countries, people move away to different places or even another country to find the most appropriate career. I believe both options have their own pros and cons because, on the one hand, leaving parents and friends might weaken social bonds, while on the other hand, moving abroad may pave the way for having better occupations.
Firstly, in some countries where finding jobs is not an easy task, their populations move to other places to have more chances of having much higher positions. Moreover, this can also happen if an economy in one country is not good and it affects workers’ salaries, which leads them to move to another part of the world. For example, even though employees in a company carry out the same task constantly in one part of the country, they mostly acquire totally distinct amounts of money, which incline people to move away.
However, in other parts of the globe, despite the substantial amount of money that they are offered, they stick in one area to tighten family bonds and for the sake of their friends. Furthermore, individuals working in a company reckon that they can get support anytime from their peers when they are in need. For example, there are diverse ranges of work which require to be accomplished with groups, and this can be the best option to count on families and friends.
In conclusion, while moving abroad can be seen as the greatest advantage for career prospects, staying in the same place not to lose contact with relatives and peers can be considered to be the best option so far.
