Nowadays, a plethora of nations are showing inadequate appreciation and care to elder people. This essay will demonstrates that cultural shifts is one of the justifications for this situation. Mean while, loss of wisdom and experiences is the problem this might held in society.

First and foremost, tradional change is the reason why older people are lacking proper respect, love and affection in our community. This is because, most of the citizens of our country are running behind modern life-styles which leads them to shift from social values, where elders were appreciated by youngers. With modernizations, the focused is more towards individualism. For instance, according to the survey conducted by Britain, around 60% of the states are facing inis situation due to the fact of changes in cultural and societal aspects.

Further more, lack of wisdom and experiences is the challenges faced by public due to minimal admiration shown to old adults well, we known that old citizens are the branch of our ansestors and, also they are the package of knowledge and life experiences. Similarly, if our grandparents lack appropriate respects then, society will also face Shortage of informations and guidence. For example, in Japan, the government had lauched some books regarding aged generations so that its citizens doesnot have to face this difficulties in their life.

In conclusion, elders are not getting sufficient attentions they required due to the change in culture and traditions. On the other hand, this condition is causing troubles such as loss of education and kindness in many regions, respectively.
