On the other hand, if sportsmen hanker after money and fame, these things might give some dopamin rush instant but in the long run the probability of improving match quality may decline. If the sportsmen play for being famous, they will try to do such things that may not necessary for match winning but their fame. As a result, winning chance of match might reduce. Obviously, there wouldn’t be any virtue in the match. Youth will be wrong messaged. For example, a famous player of Bangladeshi player who had been playing for money and craze, entered into politics and specially for money he didn’t say any word against injustice. Now, Bangladeshi youths are thinking to boycott him.
To sum up all, in my opinion, motivating with targets rather than money and fame will be the reason to get the youths support and love more. If aim based sports can be carry out, money and recognization will autometically come.
