Nowadays, people when they graduate, they have one year vacation and then they start their education in universities. I disagree with that. In this essay, I will discuss why I agree on not having a year off before going to uni in more detail, and explain why it is crucial for more people to choose to go to university after 3 months of summer.
To begin with, as students graduate, they go on summer holidays which continue for three months. In my opinion it is more than enough to have three months of resting rather that a whole year. In that summer graduates can have fun and have rest. They can travel or stay at their home or visit their friends and family, it mostly depends on the person itself.
I suppose that it is important to go university immediately after the school finishes. Because when students go on a vacation for one whole year, they might be too rested. In this entire year students might get relaxed and to get out of the habit of learning new material because their brain will work less. Furthermore, graduate can forget everything that he learned in school. Moreover, these school materials can help them to understand the topic in university better. To illustrate it, I can give an example of my acquaintance who lately finished his school. And planning on flying to Turkey for 8 months for rest. Returning from this trip, he immediately regretted it. In university he would study much more that his other colleagues. Fortunately, he was able to work hard and pass all the tests with the help of his family.
In conclusion, I would prefer to not skip a year after finishing the school. As people would not get too relaxed and forget everything. Three months are totally enough. So I won’t have a vast impact from my relaxed brain. To pass my university without much difficulties.
