To begin with, humans are becoming very enthusiastic in finding more information about the house that they live in due to a variety of reasons. Firstly , citizens want to know about the technology safety and build quality of their homes. For instance, due to frequent occurrence of earthquakes, residence want to ensure the safety of their building. They want to make sure that their residence is structurally strong and will be able to with stand natural calamities. Secondly, a lot of frauds are happening related to ownership of the properties. To overcome scams and solidify their ownership, they are researching about previous owners and safeguarding that their land belong to them only. Thus, for these reasons, public gather information of their residence.

Moreover, this search can be done in a variety of ways. People can connect with their ancestors that live in the same place. The older people can enlighten them with the complete background of it ranging from its manufactured year to the record of its ownerships. Additionally, real estate lawyer can be hired for this task. To illustrate ,people in India are getting in touch with legal advisors that can do the background check of the house and tell them that with whom lies the property rights and power of attorney of the place .
