This means that it should be openly discussed and well known to the new occupants in order to know if there’s a need for restructuring and to have it re-evaluated. Take for example, the Philippines where houses are prone to destruction due to storms, they are advanced in thinking to ensure appropriateness of materials used in their house so that it will protect them from these calamities.
There are ways to acquire this information which are direct interviews from previous owners themselves and the locale in the community. The previous inhabitants know the history of their area, so they can provide pertinent information to it. By doing this, it will help them establish understanding and can communicate effectively to the buyers of the property. Another effective method is the neighborhood. Members of the community such as the elderly can also give details towards the land in their surroundings. Therefore, questioning them from a neighbor perspective, can contain data that may be left behind by the owners themselves.
