In few nations, owning a home rather than renting one is very significant for people. In this essay, I will talk about why this might be the case, along with why I believe it is a positive situation.
The main reason behind this might be high price, along with annual increase in rent of house; they also need to pay extra for electricity and water. In Canada, for an instance, people need to pay high price as a rent. According to one of my relatives, who is residing there, it is believed that we can build our own home if we join the rent we pay for 7 years as a rent. If people own a home, it will be cheap and easy for them to save the money.
In my opinion, having own home than residing on rented one is a positive situation. Even in our own surrounding, we can often see conflict between tenants and landlords. Tenants can be prohibited from many things by landlord such as coming late at home, creating noise, bringing friends at home, and many more. I have even seen many conflicts between them. Few weeks ago- for an instance- during Tihar, one conflict occured in our society. The land lord was humiliating rented one in the name of creating noise, but the noise he was claiming to be made was not heard by anyone else. He did not bothered about what time is it now or anything else, he gradually increased the rent in the name of charge. On the other hand, if people own a home, they can live freely.
In conclusion, it is significant to have own home in some nation than renting one. The main reason can be over pricing or continuous annual increase in price. From my point of view, it is a positive situation to own a home than renting one as not only cost, but getting freedom is also important.
