It seems that there are some reasons which emphasize on having a home in some countries especially in underdeveloped ones. first of all, such regions constantly are facing some economic problems such as inflation. If someone have had a private home, the inflation would not challenge him during this situation. As long as the prices increase, their ability for buying house will decrease. Even, in some cases they probably cannot rent a house for themselves. Secondly, some people are forced to pay their rent by receiving a loan or mortgage from banks and this is an unfair condition for those ones living as same as the other residents.
Thus, I seriously believe that possessing a home create some beneficial circumstances for owners. On the one hand, owing a home to some extent gives mental security to citizens. Because people have different expenses including is transportation, educations, food, interne and so on. If a person must not pay for renting, he can save his money for the other needs while the people who are involving paying renting, cannot cover their other needs. On the other hand, living in a condition which in people have private home leads to some extent to joy and happiness while the others always feel stress for paying their rent.
