In the coming days, it is expected that machines in the future will handle more deals than humanity in nowdays. This essay will discuss the main pros and cons, and I personally believe that this trend will bring more disadvantages than advantages.
The main benefit of relying on robots are straightforwardness and focus on result. Unlike humans, Al systems are not influenced by emotions, biases, or fatigue. They analyze data and follow logical patterns to produce consistent results. For example, in customer service, Al chatbots provide direct and quick responses without confusion or emotional interference, saving both time and effort for users. Also, sometimes people’s efforts are driven by obligation, not genuine engagement. In contrast, AI will not face such issues, because it targets high level answers covering all main parts and needs of user.
Despite these benefits, the use of machines presents certain drawbacks. Still, robots are made by humans and they are not perfect. The machines system is very sophisticated; it requires the most accurate calculations and does not tolerate even the slightest mistakes. This can be seen in AI’s systems are highly complex and multifaceted, involving vast amounts of data, advanced algorithms, and continuous learning processes; where any delirium led to human unfriendly experience in the past, making it untrustworthy tool. Another negative aspect of robots replacing human is a potential halt in progress and in physical activity. Robotic future will create utopia, where all people live without any hesitation, and progress will stop there, because people will not see necessity in it, as achieving everything quicker then ever. At yhe same time, If everything was driven by machines, human would get everything with the least tension, which will cause many health disasters and huge laziness, minimazing activity of physical body and brain.
In conclusion, replacement of human by robots can be beneficial in some fields, but not in all. Because it is still not developed enough, making it unreliable.
