In the past, the most of people used to use their own vehicle to reach their workplace. However, there is also many disadvantages to working from home. The most significant drawback is that the person who work from his/her office will be isolated during the day. Based on many research which are conducted by scholars around the world, its clear that being in touch with other people is one of the basic needs which has been affected on individual moods and mental health during work hours. being in friendly atmosphere can also reduce the amount of pressure for every employer during hard task and increase the person efficiency.
