In our modern world, by developing technology, individuals prefer to work at home rather than in the offices. There are some benefits and drawbacks in this situation. I will discuss the upsides and downsides of working at home in the rest of my essay.
Firstly, in addition to developing technology, the pandamic of Corona Virus in 2019, opened this point of view that working from home is better for people’s health. So, many employers are forced to accept this state for their own health and also for their employee’s. Secondly, working from home is not only safer, but also convenient. for instance, in this situation there is no need to wake up early in the mornings and try to get to the office. people only should wash their face, then turn the computers on and start working. Thirdly, it causes saving more money and time without waiting for subways or getting stuck in traffic jam.
On the other hand, doing the job far away from the office have some drawbacks. In this condition, people usually miss the co-workers’ community and maybe they get depressed. Also, group working and sharing the experiences might be impossible. Furthermore, employers and owners of the businesses might believe that their emloyees don’t do their tasks well enough from their home. So, they sometimes decrease the salaries and it damages the employers livelihoods.
In conclusion, it is obvious that working from home have some benefits that they are not outweigh than the drawbacks and it hinges on the situation and the job features.
