It is considered that senior-level managers can earn much more than junior-level employees in the same company. I strongly agree with this statement because senior managers are highly skilled and more experienced than other employees. They can also guide new employees effectively based on their previous experience.
There are a number of reasons why companies pay senior managers higher salaries than junior employees. Firstly, senior managers are highly skilled in their fields and know how to handle difficult situations. In fact, most companies have to deal with a number of national and international clients when negotiating business contracts. At such times, experienced professionals can handle difficult situations more effectively and make appropriate decisions. Secondly, senior employees have enough hands-on experience to compete with current market competitors, whereas inexperienced employees may not be able to deal with these challenges effectively. Therefore, experienced managers can make a significant contribution to the success of a company.
However, each year, many fresh graduates are hired by companies for lower-level positions. At this stage, senior employees may have to assess them and select the candidates who are most suitable for particular jobs. Senior workers also have to train new employees and help them improve their basic knowledge so that they can deal with different situations and problems in the competitive business world. This is another reason why skilled and experienced employees deserve higher salaries. For instance, restaurants generally have to pay more to skilled chefs because their cooking skills and experience take years to develop. Similarly, new employees usually receive lower salaries than senior managers because they have less experience and responsibility.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that senior managers deserve higher salaries because they have greater skills, experience and responsibilities. In addition, they play an important role in training and guiding less experienced employees, which can contribute significantly to the success of a company
