In present time, people’s hidden talent is more important rather than knowledge. Owing to this, some individual say that talent is came from their parents and grandparents by born time. To contradict, some people argue that talent is not only mixtures of the good teacher but also batter practice. discuss both view and opinion in subsequent paragraphs.

On the one hand, firstly, some person have a good talent to get more opportunity. To explicate, many of the companies require a talented person as employee, so, they get more opportunity on the talent based job. For example, Tata’s subcompanies such as TCS noticed to on News paper and they required to get good communication person as project manager, so, many people have degree but only selected person have this communication skill talent as per the company requirement. Secondly, talent is a opportunity to earn money. To elaborate it, good drawing skill is a part of the talent and in current time some drawing demands are to much high because of it is rare. for instance, in India some of the painter’s drawings such Canva’s painting and water color painting demands it so high and their price is something around 10000 or more, so, these type of talent is chance to earn more money.

On the other hand, some people not believe that talent is a genetic gift but this a practice and taught by the some professional person of the knowledge such a magic skill. To explain it, magic is a not part of the talent but it is not only learn by the teacher but also better taught by some expertise knowledge and learn by the daily practice. For example, magic is not easy for the beginners but good magic tricks learn by the daily practice and hard work.

In opinion, talent is a good thing but some people learn new thing by the practice is a more significant role in people’s life because some time talent based job not only required people’ talent but they required some basic knowledge about their study.

To conclude, talent comes with by born their family but it is not necessary because of some skills are learn by the teacher and daily practice.
