In my opinion, language is really important, since you have to communicate with people around you. When you live in a country who had different language, it could be challenging since the meaning of word could be different for every people in various country. I will say, language are foundation of communication.
The use of language in communication influences by the culture and customs of a region. If someone moves to other country, that people should learn about the language and also the culture, so miscommunication could be avoided. When you talk about language, you can learn the detail, like pronunciation and grammar to ensure messages are accurately understood and delivered.
I really agree with the statement about language limitations can cause distortion in understanding and delivering messages. From misunderstanding, turn up to conflict and the conflict could getting worse, if that person cannot deliver the right messege. A simple example is that people who speak the same language can misunderstand each other, let alone those who speak different languages. When a conflict occurs due to miscommunication, the solution is definitely communication.
Overall, language and understanding of language use is important for human, because that one way for us to communicate with each other. Before someone talk to other people who had different language, that person has to convey they message clearly and learn before speak.
