It is believed that making new friends might be challenging for many adults as they get older. While forming a new friendship in adulthood can be challenging because of their trust issues and their busy lifestyle, however I believe that by joining several social groups and clubs, and socialising with the neighbours, the problem could be solved.

One reason why elderly people are struggling with forming friendships is that as they get older they stop trusting people in their environment. As soon as they have already faced different types of betrayal even from their close people, their broken hearts are the main explanation for their trust issues. Nevertheless, there are people who still believe that kind hearted people exist, just because they are the example of it. Next reason is their lifestyle, as people get older their obligations become more complicated, just to solve the issues in the other parts of their lives they simply don’t have enough time for their social life.

However, there are so many ways to solve such problems successfully. The first and foremost step to find people to form new friendships is to join social groups and clubs, because it will be easy to find the theme for discussion if you have similar interests and goals. In addition, maintaining good relationships with your neighbours is essential for building a supportive community and sharing resources.

In conclusion, building new friendships can be challenging for elderly people due to their trust issues and their full scheduled lifestyle. On the other hand, this issues could be solved by searching people in the right place as a social class or in the neighbourhood.
