Nowadays, the number of individuals working from home is dramatically increased. This way may cause both advantages and disavantages.
To begin with, working from home can help us save our time and reduce stress. People no longer need to spend time on traveling to the office which was a big problem for someone live too far away from the workspace. Moreover, telecommuters are happier and less stress. Working at home which is their familiar place can give them a good feeling. These way can rabbitly raise the worker’s effeciency and give a big advantage to the company.
However, this way assume that the main big problem some companies face is a lack of telecommuter’s skills. In addition, many workers are not fully train in protecting company data and this is a risk if they allow too many people to work from home. On the other hand, there are harder to manage telecommuters than the on-site workers.
