Many believe that citizens being able to work from home is beneficial while others don’t. In my opinion, working at home for certain jobs is such an effective and efficient method to improve productivity.
To start, working at home is way simpler and easier. Employees won’t need to spend time in traffic or getting ready to leave their home. Just starting your work from home will ensure that the employee won’t have excuses. Many studies showed that most test subjects who participated overall preferred to work at home which also shows that it will encourage their mood.
Additionally, home working will benefits the companies themselves. Researchers also found out that since working from home boosts comfort and overall mood, this demonstrates that it impacts heavily on the productivity of the employees. If the employees were more productive then that will result in improvement and may even lead to better outcomes.
Many would argue that employees will start being lazy and won’t give work enough time but what researchers say and the overall opinion I see that it’s quite the opposite since it makes everything easier and in a reach of a hand.
To sum up everything that has been stated so far I believe that companies should give this idea a chance where it can lead to new ideas and will be beneficial. Even though people may believe that it has negative consequences I think that its benefits are way more exceeding.
