It is might be said that more and more cities have lack of affordable houses due to some reasons that happened in current situation, but these problems can be tackled some suggestions, and I will explain further below.
The main causes are lack of affordable housing because of the materials to build the housing are costly. This will make the price of housing more and more incline. For example, in Indonesia in the area of central Java, well-known expensive materials of building. Thus, this areas are known with the houses prices are expensive. Moreover, Many land which is used for amusements such as zoos, theaters, or central park of games therefore the construction of building more and more decline during the period. For instance, in east Java there are many kinds amusements like Jatim park 1 and Jatim Park 2 all of them are the biggest tourist attraction places in Indonesia which takes bigger land. Thus, if individuals want to buy housing area in that place will spend much money because nearby of the tourist attraction.
We can overcome these problems, it is argued that he government should decrease of the price in building materials so that the houses construction will increase. This can effect the price of housing hence they can be easily to buy a house. In addition, the stakeholders have to give supply of fund toward the land which is nearby of amusement or giving a discount each house for people who have low income. This can be effective to go down the price.
To sum up, there are some causes why the housing is costly due to the fact that the materials for constructing their housing and the location where near from amusement parts in big cities. However, this can cope with the government can an decline of that materials and giving the funds or discounts for some certain people.
