Public services like healthcare, education, public transports are fundamental for a developing and well-being society. But people arguing that government should funding prioritize these areas more than arts. I believe that both sections should be value adequate. In this essay I will demonstrate reasons why government should focus on public services while also highlighting the importance of funding in cultural sections.
To begin with, investing in healthcare, education yielding undeniable benefits for a nation. For healthcare,better medical facilities,more hospitals mean that everyone have access to better healthcare. With cutting-edge and latest technology equipment, doctors can diagnose the accurate problems that occurring inside patient’s body.Furthermore, to develop and create these apparatus, demanding for people packed with knowledge is needing, therefore education also need to be funding adequately as healthcare, quality education equips individuals with knowledge that need for innovation and employment, which in turn progress the national prosperity and development. For instance, in many developed countries’s statistics,medical and services percentage always above 5% of government’s total investment, result in better life expectancy and happier life for residents.
On another hand, preserve as well as develop cultural section also important in enriching and fostering it’s culture characteristics. As the world keep evolve,many cultural traditions becoming forgetful,on the edge fall into oblivion. For instance, In Vietnam, clay-making pottery are considered as an arts and cultural characteristic of Northern Vietnam, but with plethora of hi-tech tools,making a claypot became easier and no need effort, slowly many claypot-making villages slowly fading out.
While it is true that basic public services should be prioritize, neglecting arts might reduce cultural depth and losing creative expression. Therefore, government can still prioritize funding public services but ensure arts also receive considerable invest so it can still thrive.
In conclusion, basic public services are critical in society and should be prioritize, but also need to sure that arts still thrive as it plays as a mentally partner for nations in general and individuals in specific.
