A lot of people from all over the world have preferences to watch predominantly foreign films, whereas locally produced films draw less auditory attention. There could be a big range of potential reasons, why it is so, but I personally believe governments should put more emphasis on giving financial resources to local film industries.
The main reason why people prefer watching foreign films is the quality of used cameras and special effects during the preparation of them. As a matter of fact, films with more financial framework have much more opportunities to equip workers and directors with appropriate technologies such as high-quality cameras and computers with intense performance in order to implement different types of graphics and animations.
Despite popularity of foreign films, governments should take meaningful measures to involve more money to local films. Being in the age of innovation, More means should be involved to purchase cutting edge technologies and professional equipment to be more precise in terms of graphics realisation. To illustrate, one of the most remarkably successful films “Fast and Furious” with Dwayne Johnson and Jayson Statham as central characters, has been using spectacular scenes filled with elaborately produced details which are the results of financial resources given by government and other interested organisations.
In conclusion, governments after implementation of appropriate measures should address this problem regarding financial support of locally produced films.
