Nowadays, many working bees occupied by young people and new gen. However, they change their career every few years. In my view, it depends on situations such as their salary and company asmophere.
To be begin with, In 21st, we have social media and new gen rasing by used them. Therefore it impact on their brain and imagination. They do not want only one thing. They want something more than they have ever feel and they had. Moreover, new gen ara so curious. Want to know everything and try new thing. We can see on social media or on their account they want travel around world. They do not want spend their whole life for working. Additionally, they want to find what they really like to full inside something. As a result, many career changes and some job just stay empty.
Conversely, this is disadvantages for to government jobs and youth because they can be good at one thing and sometimes cannot grow themselves. So if someone really want to be good at something they should learn and spend many years for that to be best. Therefore, the problem is that we have many unexpriance employees. There are several ideas for how to keep new gens at work, first, give them reward every time or higher them salery. Create good atmosphere for them to work at there. If they be really good at their work give them break time as a reward for another country. It seems like a stupid. But what we going to do that situation.
In conculions, In my view, it is still the person’s choose what they really want to do. But change career over the time is sometimes really bad either.
