On the other hand, meeting is carried out through online flatform which have some advantages in working. First of all, it can be reduce the waste of time in moving from place to place, in addition to decrease the cost of resource to use for transport. Therefore, it is convenient for everyone and support for everyone about many aspects in the daily activities. Secondly, the host who start the meeting can access system to record the meeting by using online flatform app such as zoom, google meet, … and store the video or document on cloud storage which allows meeting members to download them whenever they want. All of them only just prepare one smart device that can do everything.
On the other hand, the online meeting is organized by online flatform, it will be sure to catch the disadvantage in processing and face with full of potential challenge. Firstly, the main demand to adapt for online meeting is good connection in the networks so that it can be spread information or download file quickly. Therefore, all the member in the meeting have to ensure to find well connection before starting. Moreover, if we do not have the strong aware and focus on highly which lead to be distracted by surround like noisy sound, notification from cell phone, games, advertisement, …Besides, we can not see the face or how to intact between two people whether they understand all of thing that speaker want to talk.
