People in the current generations are not fit and active. What are the problems. What can done to encourage people to participate in sports activities.

In today’s world, more and more people have lost their motivation to exercise. Then they generally lead a sedentary lifestyle which makes them lazy and inactive. This essay will discuss various causes and suggest some possible solutions this can mitigate the problem, describe in the following paragraphs.

The first reason of inactive lifestyle is that technological development. Young individuals spend about ten hours per day in front of the computer at their workplace. These affect their mental health. As a result, inactive lifestyle is leading unhealthy generation. However, this cannot be just one singular factor such as technological development. Junk food could be another factor too. It is because, It is rich in calorie, sugar and salt. Overconsumption of this could result to severe health issues namely overweight, heart disease and diabetes. If young individuals continues consume like this, it will eventually cause people to become obese.

To tackle this problem government should attract humans and young adults to do more exercise by opening free sport courses, fitness classes and give more opportunities that everyone to do more exercise two times every day. What I mean by this is that we need to open up free exercise classes on the internet to increase people’s desire to exercise. Another solution to tackle this problem is that consume snacks that are nutritious and low in calories. We should try snacking on a piece of fresh fruit or veggie sticks with hummus. It is lower calorie foods that are also low in fat, salt or sugar. As a result, humans do not end up craving junk foods.

Al in all, Inactive lifestyle is serious issue, effecting our generation. As a result, we should improve the rewards and correct attidute to lead people to be willing to exercise. Action to be taken urgently, otherwise our generation will face even greater mental health problem in the future.
