The first reason of people purchases vehicle the first time is that increase in car ownership in emerging markets is the deterioration of the quality of the air. That is to say that as more people buy private vehicles they use fewer bikes and walking, and instead burn fossil fuels in order to power their vehicles. It leads to more and more people purchasing cars the first time. To tackle to this problem government should encourage people to use bikes and walking. If we don’t increase people incentive to use bikes and walking, purchasing cars will rise.

This is often done to support various sectors of the economy, including transportation, agriculture, and industry. To tackle to this problem introduce taxes can help internalize the external costs associated. These taxes can be reinvested into sustainable transport solutions, including public transportation. If we don’t rise to taxes, more and more people use cars.
To sum up, in my view, the purchasing cars are a serious problem, unless we attract to use bikes and walking, purchasing cars will rise. Governments must take steps to deal with the problem as soon as possible.
