In present time, most of people believe in self-employment rather than work for a firm or organisation. The reason behind this attitude of public are dissatisfaction from their jobs or wages. On the negative side, this will lead to loss of their assets which are own by them.
sThe main intention of creating their own source of income instead of working for other on wages are the less paying nature of companies. Employees are paid less according to their work that create a feeling of dissatisfaction towards their job. For example, A well-known multinational company that pay less in comparison of the work they get from their workers. However, This behaviour of firm is the root cause of generating the new startups in the world. These startups more or less create damage to these multinational company those exploited their employees. In most of the case this steps of self- employment proven beneficial for the people but sometimes it goes wrong for them.
The idea of self employment comes with huge responsibility and risk. There are lots of example where people try to start their own business and ended with the loss of already they own. For example, One of the close friend of mine quit their job where he get a decent salary in the passion to a start their own company, during job he earn lots of money to provide a standard life style to their family, but lack of a proper plan to execute their idea of their own company he loss all the money including their house. Now, he lives in a rental flat with their family in a condition which is more worst than the period he doing job.
In conclusion, although self-employment or building own companies a great decision but without a proper planning you gonna loss all the things you own before taking decision. Never Goes on gut feeling always follow a proper procedure to achieve these type of goal.
