In recent years, there has been a huge increase in the number of individuals how have easy access to computers and a big part of children play computer games. In this essay I will discuss the roots of this problem and will suggest several solutions.

There are a number of negative impacts of playing computer games. First, there is a point to be made that it can lead to less face-to-face communication with friends and family. One example that can illustrate this is when children’s have there gadgets they forget about friends in real live, and they communicate only with people online. For this reason, it is evident that if they are always in electronic games they will not have for real-life communication. Moreover, it have an impact on problems with concentration and studies. Children who spend several hours playing computer games may find it difficult to concentrate on their homework and, as a result, their academic perfomance may decline. This being the case, if children spend too much time playing computer games, they may become less physically active.

In terms of solutions, I would argue that parents should limit the amount of time their children spend playing computer games. For example, if young people spend less time in virtual games , they will have more time for education and hang out with friends outside. Furthermore, it can cause better health. Because nowadays a hug part of people have problems with vision. With this in mind, if adults see this problem, it will be better for children.

To conclude , the overwhelming evidence seems to suggest that that it better to limit using electronic devices for all individuals. In my humble opinion, it will make a big progress in over world.
