In recent years, it is becoming more common to take health advices by internet rather than visiting a doctor. Although it can prevent additional expenses and time-consuming, I, personally believe that the negatives outweigh positives as looking uo medical advices by internet can cause to get not credible informations and not tailored to specific health situation.
To begin with, visiting a doctor can be time-consuming for many individuals, what I mean by this, it often requires travelling to a clinic, waiting your turn, but a simple online research takes only a few seconds. In addition, searching ny internet does not require any additional expenses, say, one person should get medical advice, that person can get information online without time-consuming and expensive prices.
However, I would agree that tjese disadvantages are outweighted by the advantages. Using internet for health problems have some negative points. Firstly, all websites or online content are not credible and some content can be created by individuals who are not aware of medicine and it may cause to incorrect conclusion. Secondly, online resources are not tailored to an individual’s soecific health situation, consequently, people cannot find an exact solution to their health problems.
In conclusion, we cannot find an exact solution by internet for our health problems and I believe that there are more drawbacks than benefits.
