With the transformation of technological advancement and widespread gadgets, it has become increasingly common for people to write letters using new gadgets, especially in developing countries. While this situation can be attributed to a confluence of practical and emotional factors, I believe that it largely represents a positive development.
Writing letters by hand is influence by blend of practical and emotional considerations. From a practical perspective, many people wrote letters by hand during the past years, however nowadays this has been replaced a new technology. The rising cost of things, driven by high taxes and inflation, has made it increasingly difficult for individuals to meet basic needs like paper, pen and postage stamps, let alone enjoy convenient communication. As a result of these financial difficulties, many people raise questions as to whether they can cover expenses related to letters such as necessary tools or papers. Additionally, an increasing number of gadgets and instant internet have replaced handwriting and people use laptop or computer to write letters because online messages are essentially free and instant messaging. Emotionally, handwriting letters has also played a significant role in past generations. As internet resources and social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook have diffused rapidly, sending email letters has become more convenient for all ages people and it is much easier to send a quick message than to compose a letter by hand and wait for delivery. Take my home country of Uzbekistan, people rarely write handwritten letters because gadgets and messaging apps provide instant and free communication. However, some still write them on special occasions to show sincerity and warmth.
In my opinion, this practice brings more benefits. When people switch from handwriting to computers they are moving on convenient lifestyle, the population faces a brighter future with the rapid development of digital tools, which can result is an increase in people motivation and productivity. A by-product of this circumstance in a growth in people willingness to study and achieve their goals. On an environmental scale, the impact of this replacing handwriting, which can reduce rubbish. By writing on computers, online correspondence can be easily stored, searched, or forwarded. In contrast, physical letters take up space and are prone to being lost or damaged.
