The outflow of students to foreign countries for further education has increased in recent time as the education system of their own country lacks system and the courses they wish to study alongside lack of employment opportunities in their country and most of the students have to stay unemployed even when they have accomplished graduation. All these factors makes the students leave their country for further education which will create shortage of all kinds of manpower in their native country.
Primarily, a country faces lots of challenges when a student leaves the country. A student is the future of a country whether they are skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled as all kinds of manpower are essential for a country to achieve development in all aspects. A country needs to hire manpower from other countries which will become economic burden to the country as well as a manpower from other countries won’t be as reliable as the one from our own country. The colleges will be empty and there will be very less competition among the students which will make the education system of our country hollower day by day.
Apart from this, a country will be affected at societal, cultural and individual level. Families will be lacking caretakers, society will be lacking manpower and our culture will be greatly influenced by foreign culture when the students return from foreign country.
Thus, it is necessary for a country to take necessary steps to reduce the number of students going abroad for foreign study and ensure the employment opportunities for the ones who wants to stay and pursue their career here in their own country.
