Recently, youth has shown an inclined interest towards participating in dangerous sports such boxing. Although there may be several reasons behind this change of mindset, it is crucial to properly look after these sports to avoid the risk of fatalities. This essay will discuss the factors why young individuals find such activities captivating and suggest some precautionary measures to take.

One of the primary reason for adolescents opting for playing hazardous sports is that they have become addicted to adrenaline rush. This phenomena occurs only when one is put under intense pressure or going through difficult situations. While for some people this may not be appealing, adventurous people love to experience it. A pertinent example of this would be boxing, which strikes the release of chemical in the brain due to potential risk involved in the sport. Another major factor driving this craze is the chance of becoming rich. Despite the fact that many people may not want participate in such activities, these sports capture the attention of every human. This is exploited by these sport players by use of social media, where they upload different stunts or moves to impress others. Due to this, they may go viral and monetize through social media. To instantiate, there countless content creators who record breath-taking stunts and upload them on Instagram or Facebook, making millions of likes and views.

Undeniably, these sports can be entertaining for a large segment of population. However, there is a need to follow several regulations to intimidate the risk. One such way of doing this is to make the use of safety gears compulsory. This means that participants should not be allowed to practice the sport without the necessary precautions, as it would minimize the chance of injuries. To cite an example, if there were no helmets in boxing, the sport would have resulted in countless deaths of boxers, owing to the punches straight at the faces. Thanks to the helmets that they have saved the a large number of lives . Furthermore, there should be a proper medical check-up before a person is allowed to play such a sport. This make sure that an individual can sustain minors injuries and has no medical conditions that could risk his or her life.

In conclusion, in spite of the danger involved many young people love to take part in hazardous games because of reasons such as being better paid or addiction to adrenaline. However, it is important to bear in mind that safety measures should be always taken prior to the sports to cut the risk factor.
