Band 4+: Nowadays, people are committed to less sleep than they used to do ever before.Why is this happening? What are the effect of it?

Nowadays people are committed to fewer sleeping hours than ever before. The development of electricity and their solid work ethics can be releatable reasons for their habit and probably can lead to some negative consequences.

The advance of electric city has somehow changed the life style of individuals .In earlier centuries, nights used to be a total darkness and people used to sleep earlier due to the lack of electricity. They went straight to the bed after their vigorating day time employment and incapable to tickle the tasks in the darken night.Secondly, being a worholic lessens your sleeping time.In this later century, as technology advances and more offers of job opportunities transform most of the people to committ in their works. People are yearning tonearn abundant of money to scratch for their livings and miss out to consider thier health unintentionally. Thefore , they devote most of thier time in a range of jobs and lately go to bed than in the past.

Despite, our lifestyle is financially supported by our hard works, our body is negatively affected by the lack of sleep as we spend more time in jobs. Dizziness, and hallucination are most common causes of having insufficient sleep. If we continue that type of lifestyle to several years, we will suffer unpredictable consequneces beyond it.Furthermore, the less time management between our work life and daily life, the less balance it is to encounter upcoming hindrance. Setting a sufficient consists as essential in your life not only for personal but also professioal.

Concisely, as the drawbacks of electricity development and bustling life style, people devote most of their time in works instead of having a balanced sleep.
