In the 21st century, the phenomenon of widespread travel has become more prevalent because it is easy and affordable for people. While there are some negatives, I fully believe that it is a beneficial development as we can gain more knowledge and spend time with our families.
One positive aspect of visiting other countries is that people can acquire more information and knowledge. If people travel to other regions, they can gain practical experience by visiting historical places, which contain artifacts and offer insights into the past. As people visit these destinations, which provide access to writings from people of the past, it is the best way to learn about places compared to those who use social media to see places in other parts of the world. For example, tourists who visit museums and other historical sites can gain knowledge by seeing and interacting with old objects.
Another benefit of visiting other countries is that people can have a great time with their families. When people take time off from their jobs, they can spend leisure time with their families, which may occur once or twice a year. Spending time at the beach, for instance, can be beneficial for those who are tired of working daily. Compared to people who prefer staying at home, those who travel to overseas territories might feel more energized to start their work anew. For instance, most workers in my country are willing to visit other regions because they can gain more energy as they rest by playing football, basketball, and even badminton.
In conclusion, while there are some detrimental effects, I completely think that it can be advantageous for two primary reasons, ranging from gaining knowledge to relaxing.
