One of the primary reasons for this trend is the rapid spread of new jobs that did not exist decades ago.For instance, Ai specialist, content creator, social media manager, infographical designer, made more possibilities and different career ways for young people. To put it simply, these days new generation is more ambitious and career-oriented than previous generations, as they prefer work-life balance where they can feel themselves both mentally and physically well, by being able to earn sufficient salary for living. Furthemore, while the previous generations, who often had limited work options within their local environment, the contemporary workers can switch jobs frequently after every few months. Consequently, changing jobs has become easier and more socially acceptable.
In my opinion, this is a positive development. Firstly, changing professions allows people to gain new experience and develop different skills, which can help them build a successful career. Secondly, employees who enjoy their work are usually more motivated and productive. Although changing jobs too often may make it difficult to build long-term experience in one field, I believe that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages because people can find careers that truly suit them.
