Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Nowadays many people buy a lot of energy drinks. There are some reasons that can explain why. One of these is the fact that people are over busy in their life now, and the advertising suggest to drink sugar-based beverages. This essay supports the ideas that people need to reduce this kind of drinks with the intervention of governments and famous people.

One of the main reason that explain why people drink so much sugar-based drinks is the fact that people are living a chaotic life and they are always a lot of things to do. In fact, the percentage of people who can do nothing is decreasing than 10 years ago. Another reason ia the fact that famous people such as motorcycle ricer or football player drink them to have more energy and stay focus on work. For example, Monster Energy is sponsored by Valentino Rossi.

It is true that this kind of beverages help people to be more active and productive. However, there are different health risks and the governments need to show them to people. In fact, there are some different scientifics researches which illustated how sugar-based drinks are negative for our body. Another way to help people to cut down on energy drinks is to show how often famous people really drink them. For instance, Valentino Rossi during an interview said that he has never drunk an energy drink in his life, and he will not do it because he knows the core risks.

To conclude, some reasons why people drink energy drinks are for living their busy life with more energy and because the advertising never said about the health risks. To fight this consumance both the governments and famous people need to be more clear about the real risks that these beverages can produce.
