A part of people’s income ought to be donated to charity. In my opinion, I agree that people should donate part of their earnings to aid programs as this can enhance the living standard of several people.
A good reason for donating to charity is that it promotes better living standards of thousands of people. At present, a lot of people do not have access to nutritional food, clean drinking water, proper sanitation, and shelter, which are basic needs for life. This potentially exposes people to several health risks, such as malnutrition in children as well as various air and water-borne diseases, which can be prevented by providing funds to charity supporting such people.
Another point to consider is that funding charitable organization gives a sense of happiness and satisfaction to people.
