Admittedly, there are several issues associated with the shift in moving business. The first problem involves the economy of the companies themselves. When companies are moving their head quarter, it isn’t simply just a relocation process, but it come with the cost of changing their employees’ working environment, and especially their primary market, which is the main factor contributing to their sustainable revenue. Therefore, this tendency can negatively affect the financial circumstance of a company. Another issue revolves around the loss in occupations. Urban areas consists of thousands of civilians, who mostly are labor workers. And since business are moving far away from their place, these people will likely be cut from the workforce, losing their job. As a result, this phenomenon can force people into unemployment.
In my view, I believe that the merits in moving institutions away can be far more significant. The first benefit would be the improvement in the living condition. When moving business far away from cities, the government can potentially get rid of major problems in their society such as air pollution which is caused by traffic congestion. In this way, civilians living in urban areas will less likely have face with the risk of getting any breathing-related diseases. The second advantage is the balance in the economy. It is clear for many people that cities nowadays are the central point of a nation’s income. However, the fact that the cities themselves are often confined to a specific place only, making other places such as rural areas harder to advance. Afterward, the balance allocation in large business to different places rather than cities, can help a nation to develop more properly.
In conclusion, while it is clear that this approach has negative aspects that are significant to some extent, I am convinced that in order to achieve better living condition as well as balanced economy, relocating business is a lot more feasible.
