It is true that, criminals now after being released from jail tend to commit another crime again, even they have been given a chance to realize their mistakes.Although there could be seen some understandable explanations of this phenomenon, I believe that a number of sensible measures can be implemented to address this challenge.
In this day and age, there could be seen enough cases where the lawbreakers consciously commit crimes after being in prison and the reasons are twofold.One of the main reasons is that prisoners have a tendency to be encouraged to plan or think about further crimes due to prison’s environment.The more ones witness the life of the jail and meet other people experienced criminals, the more they are aware of another ways of committing crimes. For instance, there is a possibility for prisoners that they can easily communicate with others and discuss where they have made mistakes while committing the crime, so they hold a belief not to misstep another time. Another explanation of this development is that criminals are mostly addicted to committing crimes despite any circumstances. To be more specific, majority of people after being in prison tend to be unemployed, so they think about making for living by committing another crimes instead of planning their future life in a productive way. Most of the criminals tend to have partners who halo each other to make crime, meaning that criminals are prone to rely on them and this gives them another opportunity to commit crimes.
Despite the stated reasons towards this problem, it seems to me that this undesirable development could be alleviated by two possible solutions. First and foremost, governments should set up psychological therapies or trainings for criminals in jails. This is because most of them have mental traumas which lead them to make crimes. If psychologists help them to eliminate the thoughts related to the crimes, this decreases the number of crimes over the world since the they start changing their mindsets. Furthermore, there should be communities that could help criminals to find an appropriate job. This gives them an excellent chance to build their careers. For example, considering that they committed cruel acts in the past, they can be given some jobs associated with construction if ones are males or textile jobs for females.
In conclusion, while there are several reasons for this growing problem, I believe that the above mentioned solutions can be used to mitigate this challenge.
