Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

A tremendous number of people get into unhealthy activities, even though they know that it adversely impacts their health conditions. I think there are various causes of this phenomenon and solutions to mitigate this issue.

Amusements, a sense of belonging as well as a lack of awareness of the importance of health are the reasons for this, and the public health campaign is the method to change unhealthy lifestyles. Numerous people are more absorbed in risky activities because it is amusements for them, it provides a sense of belonging in the virtual world, and they are unaware of the importance of healthy lives. Firstly, it relieves their stress in a competitive society. For example, numerous juveniles and adults are glued to their smartphones, as video clips and movie streaming services. It gives people a feeling that they are part of a community because social media online platforms are well developed to have a conversation with others even strangers in a computer era. Lastly, some also realize the significance of keeping healthy and are unaware that obesity and high blood pressure are fatal to them.

I think operating health campaigns is the best way to make them stop unhealthy activities. These remind people of the detrimental impacts those have. The campaigns include education on why people should maintain their health inculcate to make health a priority so most would decide to do healthy activities like exercising daily. As a result, people prevent various illnesses such as diabetes and corpulence. For instance, in Korea, the public health campaign offers useful information about how to live healthy lives to citizens so that it attracts more people and motivates them to keep themselves in good health.

In conclusion, various factors encourage them to do unhealthy activities, however, health campaigns can make people health-conscious more and more.
