Band 5+: Scientists tell us some activities are good for health and others are bad. Despite knowing that, millions of people continue doing unhealthy activities. What are the causes and what are the solutions?

According to research shown by scienctists, several activities are beneficial for health. Stills, others may cause harmful effects on people. This essay will discuss both reasons and possible solution for this topic.

One main causes of this topic is that a variety of physical activities will help to develop their muscle. People need daily exercise because their brain chemicals depends on how they move their muscles. When they use their muscles, they burn the branched-chain amino acids, which are competitors to tryptophan passage across the blood-brain barrier. Besides that, studies have shown that physical activity reduces stress, which is why people should increase their leisures frequency. Activity is neccessary for everyone, it helps and gets rid of some diseases and illnesses.

Somehow, there are tons of people who are continuing pursue some dangerous activities that are bad for their condition without not knowing what causes it will lead to. Suppose they do these toxic activities longer and longer, their physical and mental health wiill go down badly.

There are a number of solutions to solve this problem. Firstly, people need to go to the doctor they can give some advice about what excercise we should do and what not based on their health condition. Secondly, there are distinct healthcare centers that are reliable for people to come to, which contributes to supporting a person in developing their healthcare. Thirdly, the importance of regular exercise, particularly in the morning, has to be duly emphasized.

In conclusion, activity plays a role in people’s lifestyles, and health is the greatest wealth and the most precious thing an individual can have in this world. So, to protect our condition, we need to make sure that the activities we take are good for us or not.
