Nowadays, most individuals think that heavy investment in building big local places is crucial for modern cities and rural areas. In this essay, I will write that I have agreement with disagreement for this situation.
On the one hand, the cities and towns should invest to build some flats and apartments for population. Owning the fact that public spaces must develop for some reasons, for instance, housing, shopping, entertainment and others services are enlarged by people who are working in these cities. If they give some capital to improve life of city, they can utilize numerous facilities which are set by them. In addition, another folks might use them, and also they will try to develop their living areas.Therefore, these features is necessary for a lot of individuals who are living those places. I partially agree that investment is important for cities and towns.
On the other hand, there are some outdoor areas in the city or town, the government should build a mass of buildings from country’s account. Because country’s duty is to help people’s several problems and issues. Such as, to improve building system, education, health organization and others. Furthermore, the government need to give some money to expand buildings where are located in public areas. Today, the world is becoming modern by buildings skyscrapers and developing rural areas. However, some countries do not waste their budgets instead of they attempt to do this by giving some funds from those areas population.
In conclusion, if the government gives some capitals to improve some public spaces, people will be delightful. Additionally, cities and towns also try to improve their actions by using the their money.
