In contemporary world, smartphones is essential part of children’s daily activities. this addiction has happened because of the increased demand on smartphones for studying, and the busy life that the parents have. In my opinion, this attitude has a negative impact, as the numbers of ignorant will rise, and the connections between people will vanish.
Firstly, both parents and the educational system have a crucial role in this debate. Children will have to use their phone to do their assignments, and to study because many schools preferred to use electronic books rather than the hard copies. For example, many schools are allowing children to use their phone inside the school. In addition, as both the father and the mother need to work to afford the life high expenses, they would use smartphones as a sort of entertainment for their kids because they will not be able to play with them.
Secondly, using smartphones have many drawbacks for kids. These children will not be able to develop their communication skills, as they will spend most of their time on their phones rather than playing with other children. Furthermore, the will not learn how to think and how to fix their problem because they will depend on their phones in every obstacle they are going to face. As a result, ignorance will spread throughout the community members, and many nations may destroy because of that. For instance, many children have bad results in math these days, as they know how to use the calculator, but not how to calculate without the using it.
In conclusion, children waste a lot of hours in front of their smartphones’ screen, and I believe this is a negative addition in the current time, as it will destruct societies and decrease their amount of knowledge.
