It is considered by some that mandatory for professionals to serve in their home country while there are other who assume that it is beneficial to have they must be allowed to work in foreign countries .In this essay, we will discuss both points of view and try to draw some conclusions.
The first argument that they bring in order to support their point of view is that education and resources. The state spends money on schooling and training, so professionals should serve in their own country. Another reason why they claim is that preventing staff shortage. The outflow of qualified specialists is a problem in many countries. For instance, there is a high demand for specialists in Uzbekistan, but most programmers are going to work in US or European countries. If they were forced to work in their homeland, it would contribute to rapid development of this industry.
On the other hand, despite mentioned counter arguments, it is thought by other that personal freedom, especially everyone should have the right to work wherever they want. Many young professionals are forced to go abroad because of poor working conditions in their home countries.For example, many Uzbek programmers prefer to work for companies in the United States or Canada where salaries are higher and opportunities are broader.
In conclusion, although some people support the idea that professionals must serve their home country, others advocate that they should have the freedom to work abroad.
