First of all, system of 5 working days exist for more than a century, and it is old enough to start thinking about some changes, because the time has changed , people has changed , and the technologies have changed. Nowadays , most of the work is done in the offices , or online. The technologies that we have today, for instance , internet or the ai technologie helps people to economize their time. The reality in which we exist does not need a 40 hours work week , because most of the tasks can be easily done in less time without losing efficiency.
Second, to limit working hours is a good idea and it is introduced , because many people today has or has had a burnout at work. The new law can help people to overcome this affliction and can also give people more time to satisfy their wants and needs. For example people can spend more time with their families and relatives, also some people can find new hobbies, where maybe they will find a path to help the society.
