Nowadays, the number of people who work in one office or company increases every year therefore strict rules that dominated before now tend to change. Otherwise, not every company is ready to reorganise its policy. That is the reason wor this conflict of companies leaders and employees.
The first position I want to express is opinion off most organisations leaders who insist on wearing smartly dress code. Their main argument is that it increases efficiency of each individual member of office. The one clothes style support working atmosphere what gains ?? working productivity. These reasons explain why employers require to keep wearing uniform.
However, there are a lot of CEO of companies that try to adapt to new demandings of new employees. They allow to be in the office in casual clothes and the only requirement is quality work. There is no difference what jeans or pants are worn. Their policy has no paragraph that describes appearance. They believe that no one cares about clothes and hairstyle. The explanation is simple, people feel better in comfortable conditions, it helps to increase the amount of work they do in a day. Besides that the most valuable thing is freedom because people are allowed to wear every c any clothes they prefer and if there is fines for casual clothes, it breaks people rights.
I personally believe that it is better to let people choose their clothes by themselves. There are a lot of people who feel uncomfortable in a suit therefore they cant show good results of theirs works. However, they can work just better than the best workers of the month when after they putting their favourite jeans and T-shirt. According to many psychologists wearing comfortable clothes helps to increase effeciency and to reduce a lot of stress.
All in all, today with various companies out there, people can easily find a company that suits their needs and preferences. It’s a flexible job market where both employers and employees can find the approach to each other.
