As legislation laws, the capital punishment is becoming a controversial between people. Although some people believe that capital punishment is necessary for people who committed violent crime those, who not agree with this development claim that death penalty is not acceptable in recent years. This has some benefits and drawbacks which I will discuss in this essay and give my reasons for being agree with first group.
Capital punishment has some drawbacks such as its effects on family of those who committed crimes. For example, If punished person is father of a family, after his death, his family have no financial support for their needs. Therefore, this may lead to becoming guilty, so it is crucial for government to support their families. In addition, some believe that right of life is an important right of individuals, and this should not be taken. Those who are advocated this sentence say It is not acceptable in cycle of living to kill people in each way, and it just for god.
However, I assure that death penalty has two major benefits for society. People can learn about the result of crime and specially violent crime. If this punishments are implemented in public, people can see the overcome of crimes, and they would not do this crimes. Therefore, this leads to reduce the crimes in society. Moreover, it is beneficial for governments, because if convicts see the result and learn, so they are decrease. society also will have better environment and need less police to encounter with them.
in conclusion, although death penalty has some disadvantages include its impacts on family of guilty people and being no right for do, this penalty this has more important advantages such as learning about the consequences of crimes, and I strongly agree with the death penalty for violent crimes.
